The nautic air® Transportation unit (na30) utilizes our innovative Polar Clear Technology™ and pairs it with polarized filter media for a first in ultimate air cleaning. The na30 is an air cleaner unlike any other in the maritime industry. It harnesses cutting-edge technology that’s 1½ times more powerful than ozone. But unlike ozone, the na30 is 100% safe—emitting zero off-gassing. Utilizing a proprietary combination of Titanium Dioxide (TiO2) and UV light, this unit destroys organic contaminants that may be circulating in the boat.   Allergens, mold, odors, and other airborne contaminants are eliminated leaving only crisp, clean air that’s completely healthy to breathe.

The na30 is fully portable – so it can go anywhere healthy air is needed.  Because it is free-standing, it can be used on boats without HVAC systems or on boats that sit for long periods of time without their HVAC systems operational.  Also ideal for boats that have limited space behind walls and cannot install the inline Nautic Air® unit .  The na30 is only 5” X 16 ½” X 17 ½ “so it takes up very little space.  It can be kept portable, or easily mounted to ceilings or walls.  Manufacturers can include it as an option without significant design considerations.

The integrated fan moves a significant amount of air while remaining very quiet so there are no distractions from noise.  Because of the unit’s high MERV rating of 14, the specialized filter media removes the proteins from the air that tend to clog and cause problems with the boat’s A/C system.  The entire system will run more efficiently.

Service providers can easily move the unit from their shops to individual boats while they are working both for their safety and the owner’s safety.  Dual voltage is available -120V  standard or the 230V option and  the unit can be hardwired for continuous operation and mounting in a single location.

The only maintenance required is a yearly bulb replacement and replacement of the filter media (frequency depends on the environment – average is quarterly).  A few screws removed and the whole cover lifts off for easy access and change outs in less than 10 minutes.
